It is the early winter, a season that breeds new vitality. On November 21, Ningshing Ubay held the 2025 "Doer Training Camp" orientation program for new employees. Nearly 50 new staff members from the company’s headquarters and its subsidiaries gathered together to embark on this training journey.

On the morning of the day, all participants visited the logistics warehouses of Ningshing Ubay for an on-site inspection of the warehousing and supply chain business segment. Led by professional explanations, they toured the warehousing area, sorting area, packing area and other functional zones, witnessing the efficient full-process operation of goods from warehousing and inventory arrangement to outbound delivery. The participants paused frequently to ask questions and study earnestly. They gained an in-depth understanding of Ningshing Ubay’s solid strength and stringent standards in warehousing and supply chain management, as well as the company’s profound operational foundation and professional competence in the modern cross-border supply chain sector.

After the visit, all participants proceeded to the training base to continue the training program. Cao Xudong, Deputy General Manager of Ningshing Ubay, delivered a speech on behalf of the company. He extended a sincere welcome to the new employees joining the team, and encouraged every new member to cherish every opportunity provided by the platform, while reflecting on the core proposition: “What can the platform empower me with, and what value can I create for the platform?”He urged all new staff to maintain a lifelong mindset of learning and self-improvement, and expressed the expectation that every newcomer would grow into a backbone force driving the company’s development at an early date.

Yu Yan, Director of Human Resources and Administration, shared insightful and inspiring career insights with new employees based on her years of professional experience. She interpreted the value proposition of “Benefiting others is benefiting oneself”, emphasized the growth path of “keeping persistent learning and broadening one’s vision”, and encouraged everyone to retain personal characteristics and give full play to their strengths. She expressed the expectation that every individual could create value for themselves and the company. The 2025 "Doer Training Camp" orientation program featured rich and diversified training forms. Yuan Jiayi from the Human Resources Center reviewed the company’s development timeline and the business characteristics of each department, sharing Ningshing Ubay’s journey of forging initial foundations, deepening industry layout, expanding business territory and pursuing diversified development. The session enabled new employees to gain a deeper understanding of the overall development landscape of Ningshing Ubay. Zhang Qingyu from the Business Center led the trainees on a journey of international business. With detailed cases and vivid explanations, she introduced well-known cooperative brands of the company from South Korea, Japan, New Zealand and other countries. From brand positioning to localized operation, and from cultural differences to consumer demands, she helped all participants deeply perceive the company’s international brand influence. To consolidate training outcomes, Song Sixuan from the Human Resources Center adopted a “training-through-competition”model. Centering on core content including company overview, cross-border trade expertise, new provisions of the Advertising Law, and business etiquette norms, she organized an on-site multi-dimensional knowledge contest. New employees competed enthusiastically in the Q&A session, demonstrating solid learning achievements and full competitive enthusiasm.

The afternoon team-building session climaxed with the themed activity of Nasca Giant Painting. New employees were randomly divided into four groups. Under the guidance of instructors, each team competed in games including the Decibel Challenge and Long Legs Competition to win the right to select sections of the giant painting.All teams maintained a clear division of labor while cooperating closely with one another. From sketching the initial outline and blending colors to refining details and harmonizing the overall layout, everyone bent down to draw and leaned forward to fill in hues, striving for perfection in every detail without overlooking any slight deviation.After three hours of dedicated teamwork, the separate canvas pieces were finally joined into one complete artwork.
