In the vibrant season of midsummer, on July 10th, 2023, Ningshing Ubay and the world-renowned Korean ginseng brand, "Jung-Kwan-Jang," came together in Shanghai for a momentous signing ceremony, marking the commencement of their strategic partnership.

Jung-Kwan-Jang stands as a representative brand of Korean premium ginseng, boasting over 120 years of tradition. It carries the esteemed legacy of KGC (Korea Ginseng Corp), a subsidiary of KT&G (Korea Tobacco & Ginseng Corporation), encompassing decades of manufacturing expertise, stringent quality management, and the artisan spirit that embodies the wisdom of cultivating Korean ginseng for thousands of years. The strategic cooperation agreement was signed by Jin Yangzhen, the Chairman of Jung-Kwan-Jang China, and Shi Chenjia, the Vice President of Ningxing Holdings and General Manager of Ningshing Ubay, serving as representatives of both entities.

This momentous agreement signifies a crucial step where Ningshing Ubay and Jung-Kwan-Jang of Korea fully leverage their respective strengths and forge a powerful alliance. During the signing ceremony, Yao Ying, the General Manager of Jung-Kwan-Jang China's Retail Division, first provided an overview of the company's development journey and the retail landscape in China. Following this, Jin Yangzhen, the Chairman of Jung-Kwan-Jang China, expressed hopeful anticipation for the collaboration with the experienced and capable team of Ningshing Ubay, emphasizing a vision of mutual success in their future partnership. Shi Chenjia, the General Manager of Ningshing Ubay, echoed the sentiment in her speech, affirming Ubay’s commitment to adapt to the consumer trends of the health-conscious era, embark on new retail transformations, and provide Chinese consumers with healthy products, while jointly fostering the growth of the Chinese and Korean consumer goods markets.

Following the conclusion of the signing ceremony, Chairman Jin Yangzhen of Jung-Kwan-Jang and General Manager Shi Chenjia of Ningshing Ubay graciously accepted interviews with prominent news outlets, including Xinwen Morning News and Zhejiang Daily.
