From July 1st to 2nd, 2023, in commemoration of Ningshing Ubay's 9th anniversary and to promote inter-employee communication and interaction, an engaging summer team building event was held under the theme "Sailing Towards Dreams with Unwavering Original Aspirations." The event took place at the picturesque Qiandao Lake, acclaimed as the "World's Finest Water Showcase," where the entire team from Ningshing Ubay's headquarters came together to embark on a delightful summer team building experience.

Ninth Anniversary Team Building Event

To commemorate Ubay's ninth anniversary, we gathered at the enchanting Senyu Lake Camping Site in Qiandao Lake. Our diligent team had prepared delightful and amusing decorative materials, along with a plethora of captivating games, setting a vibrant ambiance throughout the event.

Prior to the commencement of the interactive games, Mr. Shi Chenjia, the General Manager of Ningshing Ubay, delivered an inspiring speech. Mr. Shi conveyed, "The number '9' symbolizes the completion of a cycle and the beginning of a new chapter. With the unwavering efforts and dedication of every Ubay member, we are confident in propelling Ubay to greater heights and achieving remarkable milestones." Motivated by Mr. Shi's words, everyone brimmed with enthusiasm. Each team member eagerly awaited the start of the games, eagerly flexing their competitive spirit.

Prior to the friendly competition, each group indulged in a self-service barbecue, showcasing their culinary prowess. The tantalizing aromas wafted through the air, engulfing everyone in a savory atmosphere.

Drenched in sweat, yet adorned with exuberance and happiness, everyone's faces mirrored the pristine waters of Qiandao Lake—clear, vibrant, and undulating. With three exhilarating game sessions and nine competing teams, spirits ran high as participants chased and challenged one another. Fierce rivals emerged within certain groups, engaging in captivating tug-of-war battles where neither side would relent. The competition unfolded with a series of climactic moments, displaying the participants' unwavering determination and their positive, forward-thinking outlook.

A remarkable team-building event would be incomplete without the enchantment of a bonfire soirée. As a gentle breeze brushed against our faces and stars shimmered overhead, the campfire danced with hues of fiery orange. Delectable treats sizzled on the grill, filling the air with a tantalizing aroma. Laughter and cheer accompanied the wisps of smoke that gracefully twirled in the atmosphere. Relishing in succulent food, drinks, and songs, we momentarily forgot our worries, released our fatigue, and basked in the warmth and harmony of our united family. Amidst this heartwarming ambiance, we awarded the top three teams of the game competition, celebrating their outstanding achievements.

Discovering the Beauty of Lakes and Mountains

Simultaneously, our group had the opportunity to explore the exquisite summer haven known as Yao Lin Fairyland! With its gracefully meandering cave formations and stunning rock landscapes, it is hailed as the "premier cave destination" in China. Following the designated hiking trail, every step held delightful surprises, allowing us to escape into a cool summer paradise at a refreshing 18 degrees Celsius.

The final stop of our journey took us to the marvelous setting of the central area of Qiandao Lake, where we were immersed in the captivating concept of "boats sailing on the lake, people wandering in a painting." As our boat gracefully glided across the tranquil waters, we were surrounded by a picturesque panorama of mountains and forests. The harmonious blend of the lake's shimmering reflections and the majestic mountain scenery left us completely enthralled, providing a humbling reminder of the vastness of the world and our own insignificance within it.

The breathtaking lake views and the scenic mountain ranges, bathed in the gentle sunlight, unfolded before us, inviting us to witness the wonders of nature firsthand. Together, we embraced the splendors of the natural world, fully immersing ourselves in the awe-inspiring landscapes of Qiandao Lake.

In the central area of Qiandao Lake, specifically at Longshan Island, party members embarked on a party activity with the theme "Never Forget the Initial Aspiration, Remain Committed to the Mission, Embrace Ethical Governance, and Enhance Integrity" at Haigong Temple.

With the successful conclusion of this team-building event, we bid farewell. Time, the silent witness, has diligently recorded our shared memories, allowing us to cherish the moments we have experienced together. We have shared the precious gifts of time, engaged in inspiring discussions about our dreams and aspirations, and collectively painted a beautiful picture of the future. May our unwavering commitment to our original intentions persist as we express gratitude for the journey we have embarked on together, and may we stride forward towards an even brighter tomorrow.
