Discovering New Tastes | Ningshing Ubay Shines at SIAL Shanghai 2025

From May 19th to 21st, 2025, the SIAL International Food and Beverage Exhibition (Shanghai) grandly opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. As a pivotal platform for global food enterprises to showcase their brand value, SIAL attracts professionals from the international food and beverage industry with its unique influence.

Ningshing Ubay debuted at the exhibition with six imported food brands, including Korea brands Nongshim, Nongshim Taekyung, Orion, Jinro, Binggrae, and CheongKwanJang. Nestled in the Casual Food Pavilion (Hall W1), the Ningshing Ubay booth stood out with its design blending trendy aesthetics and practical functionality. The space was thoughtfully divided into brand display areas, business negotiation zones, product tasting corners, and beverage appreciation sections, offering a 360° showcase of brand charisma. Leveraging differentiated operations and traffic synergy across Xiaohongshu and Tiktok, the company boosted brands from niche penetration to mass awareness through cross-platform communication.

Compared to previous editions, Ningshing Ubay upgraded its booth design with tiered displays, allowing visitors to easily survey the diverse product range. A Nongshim-themed "claw machine" interactive installation became an instant hit, drawing crowds and serving as a popular photo spot. The giant model of Nongshim Shin Ramyun Toomba, paired with a life-size standee of Nongshim Shin Ramyun brand ambassador Xu Minghao, not only caught the attention of merchants but also sparked a fan mark craze. Balancing professional trade exchanges with creative interactive experiences, the booth won wide acclaim from exhibitors and visitors alike.

During the exhibition, international brands from South Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Thailand, and other countries visited the booth and met with Shi Chenjia, Vice President of Ningshing Holdings and General Manager of Ningshing Ubay, to explore new possibilities in the "taste" industry.

This year, Ningshing Ubay leveraged the exhibition to elevate brand awareness, injecting strong momentum into market expansion and business upgrading. Looking ahead, we anticipate reuniting with global food and beverage peers at the next expo, joining hands to write a brilliant new chapter in industry development!
